What Forefront USA is — and what it isn't
We are a reading desk, not a newsroom. Everything here was reported by somebody else, and every link sends you to them.
Forefront USA collects the day's headlines from more than fifty conservative, populist and free-market publishers and puts them on one page. We do not write articles. We do not rewrite anyone else's. What we do is read every feed at once so you don't have to open fifty tabs.
How stories get ranked
Most aggregators just show you the newest thing. That rewards whoever posts fastest, which is not the same as whatever matters most. We do something different.
Every few minutes we pull every feed we track and compare headlines against each other. When several outlets are running the same story, we group them together and treat that agreement as a signal. A story that Fox News, the New York Post, National Review and Breitbart are all covering right now outranks a single blog post from three minutes ago — and the front page tells you how many outlets are on it.
The rest of the ranking is straightforward: how recently it published, whether the outlet is a primary news desk or a commentary shop, and whether the story came with art. Recurring house-keeping posts — open threads, daily quizzes, “Today in History” columns — are filtered out so they can't win the lead slot on freshness alone.
Where our point of view comes from
We are not neutral about which outlets we read, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. Our source list is conservative and free-market by design: mainstream news desks on the right, movement commentary, libertarian and legal writers, defense and markets analysts, and a handful of media-criticism sites.
We are, however, neutral about what happens within that list. No outlet gets a thumb on the scale for a particular story, and we do not edit, retitle or “correct” anyone's headline. If four of our sources disagree with each other, you will see all four.
The Wire
The column on the right of the front page is every story we've pulled, newest first, no ranking applied. If you want the raw firehose rather than our judgment about it, that's where to look.
Topic lenses
A few of our sections — Border, Faith & Family, Second Amendment and Security — are not tied to one publisher's category page. Reporting on those subjects turns up on every desk, so instead we scan all of our sources for the relevant coverage and pull it into one place.
Copyright and attribution
Every item on this site shows the publisher's name, links directly to their page, and carries at most a headline and a short excerpt from their own feed. We host no article text, run no ads against anyone's work, and never place a story behind our own interstitial. Traffic goes to the outlet that paid for the reporting.

Corrections
We don't write the stories, so we can't correct them — those go to the original publisher. What we can fix is our own end: a mislabeled outlet, a story filed under the wrong section, a feed that has gone stale. Tell us and we'll fix it.
