We are building the right's front page. Come build it.
Forefront USA is small, fast and unbothered by how things have always been done. If you write, edit, sell or build — and you actually read the news — there is a seat here.
What it's like
Remote, written-first, and allergic to meetings that should have been a paragraph. We publish continuously, so the work is judged on what shipped, not on hours logged. Everyone here reads the wire — including the people selling ads and writing code.
We are a conservative outlet and we say so on the front page. You do not have to agree with every position we take, but you should be comfortable working somewhere that has one.
Open roles
Jump to application →Contributing Columnist
Write argument, not aggregation. We want people who can take the day's biggest story and say something about it that isn't already on three other sites. Regular slot, byline, paid per piece.
Weekend Editor
Own the front page Saturday and Sunday: watch the wire, catch the story the ranking missed, and keep the desks honest. Roughly 10 hours across the weekend.
Newsletter Writer
Write The Forefront Briefing — the morning email that tells a reader what led and why in under four minutes. Daily, early.
Social & Video Producer
Cut the day’s story into short-form video and post where the audience actually is. You should be able to shoot, cut and write a hook without a committee.
Reporter (Freelance)
We don't run a newsroom yet. We would like to. If you break stories and want a home for them, pitch us — we buy original reporting on the desks we cover.
Advertising & Partnerships
Sell front page, desk and newsletter sponsorships to advertisers who want this audience. Commission plus base.
Engineering
Work on the aggregation engine: feed parsing, story clustering, ranking, and the infrastructure that keeps it fast. JavaScript and PHP; no framework religion.
